From the Peace Love and BBQ book.... Prepare 2 cups apple cider vinegar, 1 cup water, 4 tbs butter and some seasoning (i used head country) in saucepan and bring to a simmer. I alternated applying this (with a mop) and spraying with apple juice and it turned out good. The mop definatly gives the chicken a unique flavor. A buddy of mine said it was the best chicken he'd ever had and another said it was too spicey....go figure.
