Something I like to do when I have the smoker fired up and a favorite by everyone is Green Bean Bacon Wraps.
1-2 pounds of fresh green beans 1 package of thick sliced hickory bacon
Take 4 to 6 green beans and make them into a bundle. Wrap your bacon starting at the top all the way down until it covers the green beans completely. Pull out a sheet of foil about 3 inches and tightly seal up your wrap. I can usually get close to a dozen and half wraps out of this. Place on the smoker for the last hour of cooking. Unwrap them and enjoy.
